Movement

All Ground Vehicles have a Turn Mode = Current Movement per Phase / 5. This is the number of meters a vehicle must move before executing a 60° turn (i.e., one hex-side) without a Control Roll. All vehicles get 1 free turn at the start of their Phase. 

Operational Range

Operational Range = at top speed; -15% speed = +10% range (max +20%)
