The Hero System is a set of universal rules that lets you create characters for any setting or background. You can create any spell, power, weapon, or other effect imaginable. Format
STEP 1: Make a Character
Using a template system, players will assemble their character using classic fantasy archetypes. This will allow the players to build new characters, including filling out a character sheet, in just under an hour.
STEP 2: The Adventure
A young aristocrat needs to clear an old watchtower of any undesirables and has selected you to complete this task. This will be focused on explaining how the rules work in play, and how character abilities apply, with the intent that everyone walks away with an understanding of the fundamentals. The specifics of the scenario will vary based on the make-up of the group.
The Adventure Continues (session 2)The adventure continues in this action-packed mini-adventure: A young aristocrat needs to clear an old watchtower of any undesirables and has selected you to complete this task.
